Dawn Fougere, a talented psychologist and agility enthusiast, will take us through the ins and outs of mental preparation techniques, including relaxation, breathing, visualization, how to respond under pressure and be in the moment, and more. We'll also have a chance to run a few sequences to practice these techniques. Here's a message from Dawn ... In my non-dog life, I am a Registered Clinical Psychologist who works with children, adolescents and their families. I specialize in anxiety disorders. My mental game has helped me when trialing with Hunter and keeping my focus when otherwise I could have become discouraged. I would like to share these techniques with you to help keep you focused and smiling through your trialing and training experience."
